Key levels and the opening range
The prices the whole market references — the previous day’s high and low, the session opens, and the range the first hour makes. Getting them on the chart automatically means you stop redrawing lines every morning.

Reading the bars
Price action keys off which bar it is and how the current one is forming. Numbering bars makes count-based patterns explicit; a countdown tells you how much of the bar is left.

Chart style and readability
